Creme Exposure, Food Safety and Nutrition Conference

Last week, Food4Me partners Creme brought together exposure scientists, nutritionists and regulators from across the globe at its Exposure, Food Safety and Nutrition Conference in Dublin.

The conference highlighted new methodologies, software technologies, regulations and trends in exposure sciences and nutritional intake modelling. It was also a chance for Eileen Gibney from University College Dublin to talk about personalised nutrition and some of the challenges that will be addressed in the Food4Me project.
