The Food4Me partners organised a symposium at the International Congress of Nutrition (ICN) in Granada, titled: ‘Food4Me project - Developments in personalised nutrition: what’s next?’

  • Dr Jo Goossens, Bio-Sense, Belgium: 'Challenges and opportunities for personalised nutrition business models'.
  • Prof Lynn Frewer, University of Newcastle, UK: 'What do consumers think about personalised nutrition?'
  • Prof Hannelore Daniel, TUM, Germany: 'Technology and software in personalised nutrition.'
  • Prof John Mathers, University of Newcastle, UK: 'Personalised nutrition intervention, how effective is personalised nutrition advice?'
