Personalised Nutrition: Where's the Business?

Last year, the Institute of Food and Health of the University College Dublin held the seminar 'Personalised Nutrition: Where's the Business?' as part of a series of seminars focusing on policy development and research needs in key food and health areas.

In this personalised nutrition seminar they brought together various groups interested in personalised health and nutrition in order to share and understand one another's perspectives. According to Food4Me coordinator Mike Gibney, the seminar aimed to explore connectivity between these stakeholders, as well as opportunities for joint research projects and direct foreign investment in this field. The seminar also sought to promote entrepreneurship in personalised nutrition.
